Evidence Requirements
What evidence you need to provide when filing a dispute or refund request.
Step-by-Step Guide
Photos and Videos
Take clear photos or videos showing the issue — incomplete work, damage, or quality problems. Visual evidence is the most impactful.
Platform Messages
Messages sent through Nexaforge's in-app messaging are automatically available as evidence. Keep all communication on the platform — off-platform messages can't be verified.
Timestamps
Provide context about when the issue occurred. The platform logs timestamps for bookings, messages, and completion — these help establish a timeline.
Documentation
Any relevant documents — contracts, agreements, receipts, or third-party assessments — that support your case. The more evidence, the stronger your claim.
Helpful Tips
- Take photos before and after the service to document the condition.
- Never communicate about bookings outside the platform — off-platform evidence isn't accepted.
