Refund Policy Explained
Understand when refunds are issued, how the process works, and what to expect.
Step-by-Step Guide
Refunds Are Reviewed Case-by-Case
Refunds are not automatic. Each case is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided by both the client and the Taskmaster.
File a Report an Issue First
To request a refund, you must first file a Report an Issue on the booking page. Describe the problem and provide evidence supporting your refund request.
Evidence-Based Decision
Our team reviews photos, messages, and documentation from both parties. Decisions are based on the Terms of Service and the evidence provided.
Possible Outcomes
Resolution may include a full refund, partial refund, or payment release to the Taskmaster if the work was completed satisfactorily. You'll be notified of the decision.
Helpful Tips
- Refunds are not guaranteed — they depend on the evidence and circumstances.
- File your refund request promptly after the issue arises.
