Payment Held in Escrow
When you book a service, your payment is processed and held securely by Nexaforge's regulated payment processor — not sent directly to the Taskmaster.

Taskmaster Completes the Work
The Taskmaster performs the service and marks it as completed in the platform. This triggers the customer approval process.

Customer Approves
You review the completed work. If everything is satisfactory, you approve it and the payment is released to the Taskmaster immediately.

Issue or Dispute
If there's a problem, you can file a Report an Issue instead of approving. Your payment stays in escrow while the issue is resolved.
Helpful Tips
- Never pay outside the platform — off-platform payments aren't protected.
- If something goes wrong, your payment stays safe in escrow during resolution.
