How Customer Approval Works
The step-by-step process from work completion to payment release through customer approval.
Step-by-Step Guide
Taskmaster Marks Work Complete
When the Taskmaster finishes the job, they mark it as completed in the platform. You'll receive a notification to review the work.
Customer Reviews the Work
Inspect the completed work carefully. Check that it meets the agreed scope and quality before approving — approval releases payment to the Taskmaster.
Approve or Report an Issue
If the work is satisfactory, approve it and payment is released immediately. If there's a problem, file a Report an Issue instead — your payment stays protected in escrow.
Helpful Tips
- Approval releases payment immediately — inspect thoroughly first.
- If you have concerns, message the Taskmaster or file a Report an Issue before approving.
