What Happens After a Job is Completed
The full lifecycle after a Taskmaster marks work as done — approval, payment, and reviews.
Step-by-Step Guide
Completion Notification
When the Taskmaster marks the work as completed, you receive a notification. This starts the approval window — review the work as soon as possible.
Customer Approves
Inspect the work. If satisfied, approve it and the payment is released to the Taskmaster. The booking moves to 'Completed' status.
Automatic Release (If No Response)
If you don't respond within a set period, the payment auto-releases to the Taskmaster. This ensures Taskmasters aren't left waiting indefinitely for completed work.
Leave a Review
After completion, both client and Taskmaster can leave a rating and review. Reviews build trust and help future users make informed decisions.
Helpful Tips
- Don't ignore completion notifications — delayed responses can auto-release payment.
- Leave an honest review to help other users and reward quality work.
