How Reviews Work
Understanding the review system — how to leave reviews and how they affect Taskmasters.
Step-by-Step Guide
When to Review
After a booking is completed, both the client and Taskmaster can leave a rating (1–5 stars) and a written review. Reviews are only available after a completed booking.
Honest and Fair
Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. Fake reviews, retaliation reviews, or reviews that violate our guidelines are removed.
Impact on Taskmasters
Reviews directly affect a Taskmaster's visibility and booking rate. High ratings lead to more clients; consistent low ratings may result in account review.
Public and Permanent
Reviews are public on the Taskmaster's profile. They help future clients make informed decisions and reward quality professionals.
Helpful Tips
- Be specific in your review — it helps both the Taskmaster and future clients.
- Leave reviews promptly after completion while the experience is fresh.
