Step-by-Step Guide
Never Pay Outside the Platform
All payments must go through Nexaforge's secure checkout. If anyone asks for cash, bank transfers, or personal payment apps, report them immediately.
Verify Taskmaster Identity
Always check for the verified badge before booking. It means the Taskmaster's identity has been checked. Never book with an unverified provider.
Keep Communication On-Platform
Use Nexaforge's in-app messaging for all communication. Off-platform messages can't be used as evidence in disputes and may be a sign of a scam.
Report Suspicious Behavior
If something feels wrong — a Taskmaster asking for off-platform payment, aggressive behavior, or suspicious requests — report it immediately through Report an Issue.
Helpful Tips
- Trust your instincts — if an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.
- Never share your password or OTP codes with anyone, even someone claiming to be support.
